ENGLISH COURSES FOR CHILDREN IN DENIA
It’s very important that children learn English from a young age and see it as something useful and fun. Our target in TLCdenia is that the children from age 3+ are motivated day-by-day to learn a new language.
Frustration is onE of the main problems children have with the English language. The continuous repetition of grammar exercises is the wrong method to learn English.
In THE case of English courses for the youngest students the grammar will be taught in an indirect way with the aid of games, songs and exercises which help to learn the language in a natural way so that the children can absorb it like their mother tongue.
In our English courses the children in primary and secondary school age see the use of the language and comunicate in English all the time. The lessons are held in English and the students practise real situations. Thanks to these courses the children will pass their English exams in school with high marks and they have enough time to study for other subjects.

ENGLISH COURSES FOR CHILDREN: AGE 3 TO 16
COURSES FOR INFANTS AND PRIMARY SCHOOL PUPIL
TIME SCHEDULE: between 16:00 and 19:00 depending on age and level
NUMBER OF STUDENTS: groups of 4 – 10 students/ course
2 hours/ week (on 2 days of the week)
1 hour/ week (children in the age of 3, 4 and 5)
METHODOLOGY:
Indirect learning. The children will become familiar with the english language through games and interactive activities which improve the ability of expressing and listening comprehension.

COURSES FOR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL PUPILS
TIME SCHEDULE: 3 hours/ week, Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday
NUMBER OF STUDENTS: groups of 4 – 10 students/ course. 3 hours/ week (2 days/ week)
METHODOLOGY: Learning of several aspects of the language. The students work out oral and grammatical contents in a practical way and with the aid of the communicative method. The focus is based on the knowledge of the 4 abilities: reading comprehension, listening comprehension, oral expression, written expression.
